January 9, 2024 SAGINAW, MI – The Saginaw City Council will hold a Strategic Planning session on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall in City Council Chambers, room 205.

The discussion topics for this Strategic Planning Session will include an update on Economic Development and the City’s 5-Year Master Plan as well as an update from Anna Colby, Public Policy Associates, on the results of the City’s Food Access Survey. Guidehouse will also provide an update on the expenditure of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Guidehouse will be available to facilitate the discussion with City Council on the appropriation of the remaining ARPA funds.
