Bland, Director of the Office of Management and Budget/Community Services, commented on the Home Rehabilitation program, “This is an awesome program that is helping a lot of people. When Phase I is complete, over 200 homes in the City of Saginaw will have received new furnaces. The Home Rehabilitation Team has a wide range of experience working with residents and administering basic needs assistance programs. We look forward to meeting with citizens and walking them through the application process for Phase II-Roofs. I encourage those City of Saginaw residents who may qualify to attend one of our application events or contact our office to schedule an appointment.”
