January 30, 2020 SAGINAW, MI – The Treasury Division has partnered with the Information Services Team to enhance customer service at City Hall. To make paying your bill as convenient as possible, citizens now have several options when making payments at City Hall.
The City now offers Interactive Voice Response to make payments via phone using Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Customers can pay water bills, property taxes and special assessments from their phone by dialing 833-440-8683. The automated system takes users through step-by-step instructions to pay over the phone. A processing fee of 3% for debit/credit cards, $3.00 for echeck will be charged per transaction.
Citizens can also pay on line using the City's Point and Pay system. The user friendly system allows citizens the option to pay bills using Mastercard, Discover,or Visa, schedule recurring payments, and sign up for ACH payments. Visit www.saginaw-mi.com for more information on this payment option.Citizens are always welcome to pay in person using cash, check, or money order at City Hall, 1315 S. Washington Avenue, Room 105. The Treasury Division is open 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. The Treasury Division also provides a billing kiosk which allows customers the ability to check their balance and print their bill prior to making a payment. After hour payments may be made using the night drop box located in the back parking lot of city hall. Payments are collected each day at 4pm. Payments dropped off after 4 pm are posted to the next business day's payments.
