through January 4, 2021.
This includes City Hall, 1315 S. Washington Avenue, and Public Works, 1435 S.
Washington Avenue. During this time, access to city buildings will be by appointment
For residents requiring immediate attention, citizens are asked to call (989) 399-1311, they will have the option to select a department and speak directly with a
department representative. Appointments with a department representative will be
scheduled if necessary. Citizens are advised to use online options, pay-by-phone, or
the payment drop box located in the back of City Hall for all payments. Visit

During this time, the city expects to retain functionality and to provide essential
services. City employees will report to work as scheduled and services such as
recycling collection, water treatment, and public safety will continue as normal.
All remaining city-managed meetings for 2020, including the December 21 City Council meeting, will be held in a virtual format. Meetings will continue to be broadcast on SGTV, Channel 191, and streamed live on the City’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/user/CityofSaginawMI for public viewing.

Many City services are available online and by phone.
