Saginaw Government Television, better known as SGTV, is the City of Saginaw's government access cable TV channel. Found on Spectrum/Charter Communications cable channel 191, SGTV is our local PEG Channel (Public/Educational/Government) offered by Spectrum/Charter Communications.

Part of the City's Technical Services department, SGTV has been on the air since 1988 keeping residents informed of the services offered to them by the City of Saginaw. SGTV also provides audio and visual technical support and equipment for various City government meetings and events.

Programming on SGTV includes broadcast of Saginaw City Council, City Planning Commission, and the Zoning Board of Appeals, as well as programs highlighting various City services and public service announcements. Besides governmental programming, Saginaw Government Television also displays topical information on channel 191 to its residents via message board software.
