City of Saginaw, Michigan

The Technical Services Department manages the operations and support for the computer, network, server and telecommunications infrastructure for the City of Saginaw. It enables the City departments to use existing technology as well as introduce new technology as a means to be more productive and effective to serve the City of Saginaw residents and customers.

Technical Services has a large scope of activities in which it provides service. There are over 100 printers and over 350 computers and servers spread across 12 different locations throughout the City. Here is a listing of some of the supported services that are provided:
