The Office of Human Resources provides support to all of the Departments and Divisions that provide services within the City of Saginaw.  Human Resources role in the organization encompasses a wide range of functions such as employee recruitment, employee/labor relations, benefit administration, employee health and safety, as well as training, policy development and organizational development.
