Other important items:
- If you have any symptoms regardless of vaccination status, stay home the full five days unless you get a PCR test and the results come back negative for COVID. Your supervisor will require this. ( Home tests and Rapid tests are not acceptable for return to work situations when required)
- Please see link above to see if you are Up-to-date on your vaccines. Essentially, if it has been more than five (5) months since your first primary vaccines, you need both Phizer and Maderna or the one Johnson & Johnson vaccine and you need the booster to be Up-to-Date.
- Please be aware, you may be required to provide proof of test results.
- Please also be aware, you may be required to provide proof of vaccination status. ( Vaccine card)
