The purchasing Division provides centralized purchasing of all equipment, supplies and materials for City operations, solicits all bids for purchased items as well as the Block Grant rehabilitation; and handles licenses, insurance, and contract compliance records for contractors and vendors.

Any vendor interested in providing goods or services to the City of Saginaw is invited to forward the following completely executed application and Request for Taxpayer Identification Number & Certification Form via fax to (989) 759-1498.
