This vacant lot is 0.316 acres. It is located across the street from the Riverview Brownstones on Hamilton, a high-end condo project. Already completed are 24 condos of which a majority are filled with high wage owners. The current phase of the condominium project still in process consists of a two-story, mixed-use building.
