This vacant lot is 0.316 acres. It is located across the street from the Riverview Brownstones on Hamilton, a high-end condo project. Already completed are 24 condos of which a majority are filled with high wage owners. The current phase of the condominium project still in process consists of a two-story, mixed-use building. This portion of the development will have commercial space on the first floor and housing above.
On top of having full view to all of the residents living in the Riverview Brownstones, the lot located on Hamilton which is a primary street leading to Historic Old Town.
