Upcoming Skating Events at Hoyt Park

Feb 9 - FREE ice skating is available weather permitting, and skates are available for rent for $2 a pair. The warming house will be open from 10-4 with free hot chocolate and free cookies. From 11-1, there will also be free saking lessons available, taught by Jason Desloover.

Feb 10 - FREE From 2-4 Skate with Saginaw Spirit players, the warming house will be open, and there will be background music broadcast from the warming house. Skates are available to rent for $2, and cookies and hot chocolate are free at the warming house.

Feb 16 - FREE Ice Blast weekend. Family Skating and Sledding from 10-4. Warming house with free hot chocolate and cookies will be open. History on the move will be onsite for fun historical activities. many other activities at the Dow Event Center, Children's Zoo and the Childrens Museum happening as well. We ask that the residents of Saginaw participate in this anonymous survey being conducted by Saginaw Valley State University. Your participation will help the City of Saginaw Police Department expand its capacity to meet the needs of crime victims, and broaden those services where a need is indicated.
