- FEBRUARY - APRIL 2006 Survey neighborhood to identify needs. Build relationships with the neighborhood. Begin code enforcement efforts. Develop Basic Needs Program and implement May 2006.
- APRIL - JULY 2006 Develop plan to address the needs of the neighborhood.
- JULY 2006 - JUNE 2007 Demolition, Rehab, Land Acquisition, New Home Construction, Crime prevention, Seek developer for new housing, seek economic development projects.
- JUNE 2007 - JUNE 2008 Streets, infrastructure, trees, lights, signs, etc. Process to select next neighborhood. Continue demo, rehab, new construction.
- JUNE 2008 - PROJECT COMPLETION move to next neighborhood
