The Office of Management and Budget administers the Performance Management Program. A performance management document is developed during the annual budget and is used by senior management and department staff throughout the year to measure progress in meeting efficiency and accountability goals for programs and activities that are outlined in the plan. Twice a year, the OMB will review each department's performance on their key performance indicators; at 6-month period and at the end of the fiscal year in a citywide performance management evaluation.
