City of Saginaw MI -
Saginaw Police - 2700 block of Prescott

Approximately 6:30pm on June 7, 2013 Saginaw police patrol officers were dispatched to 2700 block of Prescott, in the city of Saginaw reference a shooting. When officers arrived on scene they found one black male victim unresponsive. MMR pronounced the victim deceased while on scene. Victim died of gunshot wound(s). This case is being investigated as a homicide.

UPDATE: Trayvon Doster b/m 17 years old was the victim in the above homicide at the above date and time. The victim died due to apparent gunshot wounds.

This is a joint investigation between Saginaw Police Detectives and the Michigan State Police. Our departments are still interviewing witnesses regarding this case and the investigation is on-going. Anyone with information about this incident should call CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-422-JAIL.
