T he Superintendent, Secretary, Assistant Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor, Remote Facilities Supervisor and Environmental Compliance Manager handle the day to day operation of the four sections within the Division. These are Operations, Maintenance, Remote Facilities and Industrial Pretreatment (IPP). The annual operating budget for the Division is approximately 7.57 million dollars. The Division is under the Public Services Department of the City of Saginaw.
