Is the Public Services Department the Lawn Waste Dept., Water Dept. or Recycling center?
No. Water bills cannot be paid in the Public Services Dept. Pay water and solid waste bills at the Treasurer's office located at 1315 S. Washington, Room 105.
How do I know when to put trash out at the curb?
Please refer to the Refuse Collection Service Guide for all criteria concerning Trash, Yard Waste, Hazardous Material Disposal, etc.
Do we pick up trash for Saginaw Township?
No. The Saginaw Township has a separate trash pick up from the City.
Is the Public Services Department where I pay the Solid Waste Bill?
No. The Sold Waste Bill is paid in the City Treasurer's office.

No. The City is closed on Veteran's Day.
Where can I purchase dirt?
Dirt can be purchased at the Compost Site located at 2410 Vets Memorial Hwy. 759-1663.

Are we taking applications for employment?
Contact Employee Services for an employment application at 1315 S. Washington 759-1570.
Where do I take my recyclables?
Resource Recovery System located @ 911 Veterans Memorial Hwy. 754-8014.
Where can you purchase Boat Launch permits and for how much?
Boat Launch permits cost $35 and can be purchased at 107 Lee Street 797-2114, and the City Treasurer's office.
Who handles manhole covers and sewer questions?

Who handles sidewalk repairs, streetlights, damaged street signs, and road closings?
