Unclaimed Income Tax Checks
Checks that were returned to the City of Saginaw are listed by name, tax year, amount and check number. If your name is on the list and you want to claim the funds, you must bring your driver's license and social security card to verify your identity to the Income Tax office at City Hall, 1315 S. Washington Ave., Saginaw, MI 48601.
All refund checks issued before 12/31/2007 have been escheated to the State of Michigan
