Having Difficulties Submitting a Form?

If you are having difficulties using the submit button on the Employer's Withholding Registration Form please try the following:

Make sure that you are using a newer version of Adobe Acrobat (8.0 or newer) If you need to upgrade, you can find the free download available at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html?promoid=BUIGO
Complete the form and save it locally to your machine (This is a new function only available with Reader version 8. 0 and newer)
