About the Managers
Darnell Earley - City Manager
Darnell Earley joined the City of Saginaw as the Deputy City Manager and Director of Fiscal Services in August of 2004. He had previously served as City Administrator and temporarily as Mayor of the City of Flint, Michigan. Before coming to Mid-Michigan, Mr. Earley Served as Ingham County Budget Director and then as Ingham County Deputy Controller for Administrative Services and Budget.
Mr. Earley has a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University where he later served as an Adjunct Professor for the School of Public Administration.
