- Reappointed Lori Brown, JoAnn Crary, Tom Darnell and Tom Miller to the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority with term to expire 12/31/09.
- Approved payment to Pro-Tech Cabling Systems, Inc. for emergency repairs to damaged fiber optic communications line for Wastewater Treatment Plant.
- Approved GIS Professional Services Agreement with City of Vassar.
- Approved contract with Dixon Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the Water Treatment Plant east-finished water storage reservoir.
- Issued purchase order to KAR Laboratories, Inc. for Heavy Metals Testing for the Wastewater Treatment Division.
- Approved agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. to develop/distribute 2006 Regional Consumer Confidence Report for the Water Treatment Division.
- Approved contract with Sorensen Gross Construction, Inc. for Gratiot Road Booster Pump Station Upgrades.
- Adopted Resolution approving Saginaw County Youth Protection Council’s MSHDA Emergency Shelter Grant application.
- Adopted Resolutions approving MSHDA Grant applications for Underground Railroad (Homeless Grant), Saginaw Habitat for Humanity (Emergency Shelter Grant), and City Rescue Mission of Saginaw, Inc. (Homeless Grant).
- Adopted Resolution approving the Michigan Emergency Management Assistance Compact.
- Adopted Resolution approving the ICMA Retirement Corporation Governmental Money Purchase Plan and Trust Adoption Agreement and Administrative Services Agreement.
