November 3, 2009 Election
Absentee Voting Requirements
- 60 years of age or older
- will be absent from the community on election day
- are physically unable to attend the polls
- cannot attend the polls because of the tenets of your religion
- are confined in jail and awaiting arraignment or trial
- October 31, 2009 (2:00 PM) - Deadline for qualified electors to receive an absent voter ballot by mail to submit an application.
- November 2, 2009 (4:00 PM) - Deadline for Qualifies electors to obtain an absent voter ballot and vote in person in the Clerk's Office
- November 3, 2009 (4:00 PM) - Deadline for Emergency absentee voting for election
