- Tuesday, November 8, 2005 - 4:00 p.m. (Emergency ONLY Absentee Voting for Election).

- US Citizen
- Age 18 or over
- Resident of Michigan for 30 days
- Resident of the City on the 30th day before the next regular, special or primary election
- Not be in default to the City
