ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS established in Administrative Code in accordance with Act 207, to review appeals from property owners for minor deviations from zoning regulations when such regulations impose unnecessary hardships on property owners and to interpret the Zoning Code. Consists of six (6) members appointed by Council for three (3) year overlapping terms. The Zoning Code provides that one member of this Board shall be appointed from the membership of the Planning Commission.
