TAX INCREMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
TAX INCREMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY created pursuant to 1980 PA 450 to plan and build public facilities, implement development plans, acquisitions, clearance and other property powers and development activities. Consists of not less than seven (7) nor more than thirteen (13) members to be appointed by Chief Executive Officer with City Council approval for 4-year terms.
