SAGINAW ARTS & ENRICHMENT COMMISSION
ENRICHMENT COMMISSION established by Administrative Code to enhance the urban livability and economic vitality in Saginaw. Consists of not more than seventeen (17) members appointed by the Mayor for 3- year terms subject to approval of the City Council. At least 75% of the members shall be domiciled in the city or shall be owners or employees of a Saginaw-based business as defined in Section 201.2, Chapter 3 of the Administrative Code. Members shall consist of citizens interested in improving and promoting the quality of life in Saginaw.
