SAGINAW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
SAGINAW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION established by Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws adopted September 24, 1976 and amended July, 2001, to develop economic enterprises and programs for the benefit of moderate income people to aid the community and geographic area in which it operates; establishing and attracting new business services, as well as retaining and expanding businesses and services in the City of Saginaw. Consists of fifteen (15) members appointed by the Mayor, with council approval, for 3-year terms. Majority of members to be residents of the city.
MEETING SCHEDULE: Meets second Thursday each month at 12:00 noon at City Hall.
