SAGINAW TRANSIT AUTHORITY REGIONAL SERVICES established under Public Act 196 of 1986. It is an independent authority established for ownership and day-to-day operations of the transit system for the City of Saginaw per Articles of Incorporation adopted by the Authority. Consists of nine* (9) members appointed by City Council for three-year terms
