PUBLIC LIBRARIES OF SAGINAW

Established by agreement dated August 10, 1994, as amended, between  the City of Saginaw and the Saginaw School District pursuant to the District Library Establishment Act (MCL 397.171 et seq.) to provide adequate and improved library services to the area.  Three members representing the City of Saginaw are appointed by the City Council based upon recommendations from the Hoyt Trust Board for 4-year terms.  Members must be 18 years of age or older, a qualified voter and must reside in the City of Saginaw, Kochville Township, or the City of Zilwaukee.  No current member of the Saginaw City Council or Saginaw School Board is eligible to serve.

MEETING SCHEDULE: Meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:00 pm at Hoyt Library
