PLUMBING APPEALS BOARD
Considers use of alternate plumbing materials and methods and hears appeals from property owners where the strict interpretation of the Plumbing Code is questioned.
Five members-one City employee is appointed by the City Manager for an indefinite term and four members (one a journeyman plumber, one master plumber, one plumbing material supplier, and one representing the general public) appointed by the Mayor with consent of Council for two-year overlapping terms.
Meets as necessary to transact business.
