MECHANICAL APPEALS BOARD established by Administrative Code to approve matters pertaining to design, construction, installation, maintenance and the public health aspects of mechanical systems and equipment. Consists of five (5) members appointed by Council upon recommendation of the City Manager for 3-year terms.
