LOCAL OFFICERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION
LOCAL OFFICERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION established by Administrative Code to determine the salaries of all local elected officials. Consists of seven (7) members who are registered electors of the City appointed by the Mayor with City Council approval. No member or employee of the legislative, judicial or executive branch of any level of government or members of the immediate family of such member or employee shall be eligible to serve. Term of office is seven (7) years.
