HUMAN PLANNING COMMISSION
Provides effective citizen participation in an advisory capacity to aid the City Council in solving the social and physical problems of the City.
Twenty-three members appointed by Council for 2-year overlapping terms. Members must be citizens of the United States, at least 18 years of age, a registered voter on the date of appointment and residents of the district that they represent.
No member shall hold any board membership, remunerative office, employment or subcontracting relationship with any Community Development Block Grant funded agency or any organization which has applied to the City for Community Development Block Grant funds.
Meets the third Wednesday each month, at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers.
