HUMAN PLANNING COMMISSION
HUMAN PLANNING COMMISSION established by Administrative Code, Chapter 2, Article 17, to provide effective citizen participation in an advisory capacity to aid Council in solving social and physical problems in the City. Consists of twenty-three (23) members appointed by Council for two (2) year overlapping terms. Members must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years of age, a registered voter on the date of appointment and residents of the district that they represent.
