HOSPITAL FINANCE AUTHORITY
HOSPITAL FINANCE AUTHORITY established to provide a financing authority to construct, remodel, improve, own and lease hospital facilities. Consists of five (5) board members appointed by Mayor with Council approval for five (5) year staggered terms. No member shall be a member of legislative or executive body of the City of Saginaw or governing body or officer of a lessee or borrower of the hospital.
