CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION established to make, adopt and amend a master plan for the physical development of the city, including a plan for zoning. Consists of six (6) members appointed by the City Manager with City Council approval plus three (3) ex-officio members namely, the City Manager or designee, an administrative officer selected by the City Manager and one Councilmember selected by Council. Zoning Code, Chapter 27, provides that one member of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be appointed from the membership of the City Planning Commission. Terms of appointed members shall be three (3) years or until a successor takes office.
