BUILDING AUTHORITY
BUILDING AUTHORITY established by 1948 PA 31, as amended, and Articles of Incorporation. Consists of five (5) members appointed by City Council for 5-year terms. Acquires, furnishes, improves, operates and/or maintains buildings, park facilities, recreational facilities and necessary sites for use of the city. Facilities may be leased to the City for a period not to exceed 40 years. May issue bonds to fund projects. Meets monthly.
