Welcome to Saginaw everyone---and welcome to our web site, which is loaded with information about our great community. On behalf of our fine citizens and the Saginaw City Council, I want to extend greetings and an invitation to enjoy all that our wonderful city offers.

As you can see by the 2011 State of the City Address, Saginaw is on the move. Our tax-free zones, one-stop economic development, exciting attractions and friendly neighborhoods are admired statewide. Whatever you want or need you can find it in Saginaw. We are the center of the Saginaw Valley, just minutes from Michigan's largest tourism destination, Frankenmuth, and one of the largest outlet shopping centers in the country. We are also home to a grand County Event Center, Children's Zoo, Japanese Tea House, riverfront, Old Town shopping and downtown fun. From world-class fishing to major Broadway shows, Saginaw is a cultural hub and America's hometown.

Fiscal Services Department and the Clerk's Office office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Payments are considered received upon receipt. Postmark dates are no longer accepted as received by the due date for any payment with the exception of income taxes.
Payments can now be dropped off using the drive-up box located at the rear of City Hall. We have also changed the payment posting procedure to assist customers: payments will be collected from the drop box each morning and will be posted as paid to the previous day (Monday morning pick up will be posted to Friday). This will assist customers who cannot make it to city hall during working hours, but still drop payments on the due date.
