      1. Name of Firm or Individual and Business Location to be filled in as you would like to have it appear on the Certificate of License.
      2. Use Separate form for each type of License and for each different location
      3. All applications must be notarized
      4. Make check payable to Treasurer - City of Saginaw, and return to City Clerk, City Hall, Saginaw, MI 48601

    • Taxicab Driver License (Taxicab or any Vehicle for Hire)

      1. Use separate form for each different location/person registered.
      2. You will be billed for the amount due, subject to penalty fee equal to the amount of registration fee if facility is occupied without being registered.
      3. Please return application in person or by mail to: City Clerk's Office, Room 102, City Hall, Saginaw, MI 48601.

    • Transient Merchant License

      1. Take application to the Saginaw Police Department, 612 Federal Avenue, for review and approval.
      2. Return approved application with $1.00 filing fee to the City Clerk, City Hall, Saginaw, MI 48601.

    • Peddlers License

      1. Name of Firm or Individual and Business Location to be filled in as you would like to have it appear on the Certificate of License.
      2. Use Separate form for each type of License and for each different location
      3. All applications must be notarized
      4. Make check payable to Treasurer - City of Saginaw, and return to City Clerk, City Hall, Saginaw, MI 48601.

    • Pawnbroker/Second Hand Dealer

      1. Name of Firm or Individual and Business Location to be filled in as you would like to have it appear on the Certificate of License.
      2. Use Separate form for each type of License and for each different location
      3. All applications must be notarized
      4. Make check payable to Treasurer - City of Saginaw, and return to City Clerk, City Hall, Saginaw, MI 48601.

    • Food Vendor Application

      1. Name of Firm or Individual and Business Location to be filled in as you would like to have it appear on the Certificate of License.
      2. Use Separate form for each type of License and for each different location
      3. All applications must be notarized
      4. Make check payable to Treasurer - City of Saginaw, and return to City Clerk, City Hall, Saginaw, MI 48601.
