The City of Saginaw Water Treatment Plant's mission is "To provide a safe reliable source of high quality drinking water using efficient and cost effective services consistent with sound environmental and safety practices." We are dedicated to providing the highest quality drinking water possible.
The Saginaw Waterworks has been operating since September 29, 1929 and is one of the largest drinking water plants in the state with a maximum treatment capacity of 52 million gallons per day(MGD).In 2012 the maximum day pumpage was 32.3 MGD. Our annual average daily pumpage for 2012 was 19.3 MGD.522 Ezra Rust Dr.
