Residents are required to pay City Income Tax, due April 30.

The annual trash fee is currently $165 billed to the property owner with their property taxes.

Newcomers Club of Saginaw - a non-profit volunteer organization that assists new residents of the Saginaw area to feel at home by providing a wide range of monthly social activities and events where new residents can meet and make friends with others who are also new or with longtime residents who are interested in sharing their hospitality and advice of what they know of the area.
